Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Less than 48 hours: 50% of the service fee will be charged.

No-shows / Same-day cancellations: 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a canceled appointment and fee.

Gift cards may be used for services and boutique purchases, and are gladly accepted for treatments if your loved one is a current client.
